Handover & Completion
Your solicitor will notify you of the legal completion in advance, giving you ten working days to schedule your property handover appointment. Your property will undergo an extensive inspection at this point to make sure everything is in working order and that everything is in excellent condition.
During your handover appointment, we will hand over your keys and give you a detailed demonstration of your property. We will provide a tailored and detailed handover information pack to give you a full overview of your property and local amenities.
We set up video calls with investors who are both residents of the UK or overseas investors.
